Puerto Rico Region Rocking With Quakes
The Puerto Rico region is and active earthquake area and also is situated on a significant fault line that poses a high risk of tsunami in the event of a large earthquake.
The Caribbean's "Kick 'em Jenny" is the only active underwater volcano in the region, though there is one other erupting volcano on the British Caribbean island of Montserrat.
15 other volcanoes exist in the greater Carribbean region as well.
31 quakes have been recorded over last seven days, nearly half above 3.0 magnitude.
