South on high alert as storms keep up assault

(CBS/AP)
The South is on high alert for tornadoes as a new storm system works its way east across the nation's midsection.

At least two suspected tornadoes touched down in Alabama Wednesday. One hit a hospital. No injuries reported have been so far, but it's hard to miss the damage done by days of violent storms from Texas to Tennessee.

At least 25 deaths are being blamed on the weather during the past two days. Nearly 200 tornadoes have been reported across the country since Saturday.
